OEG Slotted Track is used to accommodate building deflection at the head of wall. The track has pre-punched 0.22" wide x 1-1/2" long slots spaced at 1" O.C. to eliminate additional deflection clips for connection. Slotted track allows the vertical movement of the building and prevents axial load transfer to the wall studs.
