Return Policy

We accept products up to 120 days from the date of purchase. To return the merchandise, call the customer service department and we'll provide a return slip and arrange for your returns to be picked up. Alternatively, you may return the items yourself at any one of our locations.

Any products returned must be in unused, like-new condition or credit cannot be issued. In case of an error such as damage, shortage or surplus items, report it within 13 days of delivery.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

1. Hazardous materials
2. Special order items
3. Sale items
