Use this Scarifier to easily scratch plaster undercoats so finish coat bonds and not separate. The 3 in. long steel tines are 1/8 in. wide placed approximately 1/2 in. apart for even coverage on the surface. The 23 tines have a light flexibility to them allowing them the give to produce the proper effect. The entire 12 In. tool is welded together for strength. The handle extends up 5 in. to allow a firm grip of the tool when dragging along walls. The handle is painted red to extend the life of the tool. The red is easy to spot on a jobsite. The handle forms a loop for a variable grasp. A hang hole for easy storage completes the tool. Proudly made in the USA.
