Very low emission, highly concentrated and film forming primer used for priming substrates prior to the application of cement or gypsum based UZIN patching or leveling compounds. May also be used as a primer on highly absorbent substrates prior to application of UZIN dispersion adhesives, thin set mortars and UZIN WK 222 contact adhesive.
